Replacement Key Fob for a Powered Retrax Tonneau Cover

I installed a Retrax powered tonneau cover on my 2020 Ram 2500 shortbed pickup. Cover was purchased 2+ years ago. The cover does not have an S/N plate on the tailgate extrusion so I do not have the S/N. Will your key fob RTX36TR work on my cover? My old lost key fob looks identical to pictures of your RTX36TR. Thanks

It might David but I have no way of knowing for sure without that serial number. The Replacement Key Fob item # RTX36TR matches up with covers that have a serial number of 1701 or higher. There's no other way to identify if this is the one you need. I am not seeing an option to buy one with a higher serial number so more likely than not since you have a 2020 Ram 2500 this is the one you need. Again, there's no way to confirm.
The Replacement Key Fob item # RTX36TR only works with the PowertraxPRO MX Hard Tonneau Covers item # RT90235 with Rambox and item # RTT-90232 without Rambox that fit your short bed 2020 Ram 2500.

Both of the remote controls for my power tracks cover quit working. Replace batteries in both and still no response from the motor. I got in there and straight wired power to the motor and it will open and close through straight wiring it. Can anybody give me assistance on what I should do to fix this? Thank you
