Hi John; what you have there is a Lippert 4,400 lb axle that is 85" long with a 68-1/2" spring center measurement. 4,400 lb axles are obsolete so you're looking at upgrading to a 5,200 lb axle.

The closest thing we have is the Trailer Axle Beam with Easy Grease Spindles - 86-1/2" Long # e45GR. This would stick out an additional 3/4" on either side of the trailer which wouldn't be too much if you don't mind the tires sticking out a little further. You will also need to cut off the spring seats and weld on # TRSS300 to match your 68-1/2" measurement. Depending on your spindle the hubs and wheels might carry over, otherwise you're looking at replacement hubs, brakes, and potentially wheels as well.

The other solution I can offer is a universal system like the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension # ASR5200S01. This fits any frame width so it will sit where your current axle sits. It also upgrades and replaces the leaf spring suspension. The only issue here is you would need to replace both axles and if your other axle is in good shape I'm sure you don't want the extra cost.

It would be worth reaching out to Lippert to see if they can make an exact replacement, or checking with a company like Dexter for a custom axle before moving forward.
