What Dexter axle does this cover fit? I have never seen a dexter axle with a bolt on hub cover.

The Dexter Fortress Oil Cap part # DX67CR fits the industrial grade Dexter 9k to 12k axles and does not fit standard axles which is probably why you haven't seen it in the wild.
