The BAKFlip MX4 Hard Tonneau Cover # BAK48330 has an aluminum construction both for the rails and the panels, while the BAKFlip F1 Hard Tonneau Cover # BAK72330 has aluminum rails but fiberglass panels with aluminum undersides.
The all aluminum panels are a little bit more sturdy and can support up to 400 lbs of evenly-distributed weight, while the fiberglass/aluminum panels are more lightweight and will keep your truck bed slightly cooler.
I recommend going with the MX4 because it's just a stronger cover overall.
