Which Fuse has to be Pulled to Flat Tow a 2013 Honda CR-V Behind a Motor Home
Question:
I just bought a 2013 CRV to use to tow behind my motor home. Book does not say to pull fuses. On line I see it says you need to pull fuses, but does not say which ones to pull. Please tell me which ones, and where they are. Thanking you in advance, P.S. also is there a problem installing tow package under car.

Page 236 of the owners manual for a 2013 Honda CR-V states for extended towing you will need to remove the 7.5 amp accessory radio fuse located in the interior fuse box. This fuse should not be too difficult to pull but if you wanted to use a fuse bypass it is # RM76511.
There should not be a problem installing any tow package components under the vehicle. For any wiring you can zip tie it up to an existing wiring harness. Avoid areas that may pinch or burn the wiring.

There seems to be some confusion, which fuse number do you pull? Is it the accessory fuse or is it the radio, do you happen to know what number it is?
