Replacement for Lippert Slide Out Motor 131903

Question:

Im like a lot of folks on here. I need to replace Lippert motor part # 131903 I have read that it was discontinued and I must buy actuator and motor package LC168956.. I see other manufactures are advertising a replace motor but they are 5ooo rpm not the original 9000 rpm what difference would that make ? only slows to slide movement a bit ?

Hey Jerry, great question!

Yes, if you found another slide out that is rated for only 5,000 RPM then you'll be cutting the movement of the slide just about in half. The Lippert Venture Actuator and High Speed Slide-Out Motor # LC168956 that Lippert has directed us to is rated for 9,500 RPM so your slide movement will increase a little with this option.
