All of the roof top tents we carry require aftermarket crossbars like the Yakima Roof Top Tent part # Y07436 so for your 2016 Honda Odyssey that has a factory roof rack you would need to install a set of crossbars like the Malone AirFlow2 part # MAL84AR which would attach to the raised rails on your roof. There isn't a way to safely attach a tent to your OEM crossbars.
