Question:
Hi, I need to replace the lights on my 2004 Sea Lion bunk boat trailer model S 16-1500. I am looking for good economical lights and any other materials I might need such as the correct connectors etc. Any help would be appreciated. I don’t have the original lights, however I have a lens cap from a Peterson light I had on it that I bought from etrailer.com. Unfortunately these were the wrong ones since they are not waterproof. Thanks

Thank you for the picture that is very helpful since I cannot always see what trailer manufacturers used on their trailers. The LED Combination Tail Light Kit # TLL9RK may be your best option depending on the condition of your current wiring. This kit includes both tail lights, a license plate bracket and 25' of wiring for the tail lights. If your wiring is still in good condition the Drivers # STL9RB and Passengers # STL8RB side tail lights are available separately.
I do recommend using Heat Shrink Butt Connectors # DW05744-10 and Ring Terminals # DW05737-1 instead of the wire nut and standard ring terminals your trailer likely came with or that are included with the kit above.
