I have included a diagram with the dimensions for the Yakima BackSwing Swing Away Hitch Extender # Y02483 which you can compare with the back of your 2023 Entegra Ethos so you can determine if you will be able to open your rear doors. You will need a Mount # c31006 to use with the swing away.

I'm looking at a 2024 Entegra Ethos and wondering about using the Yakima BackSwing Swing Away Hitch Extender to mount a spare tire so I can utilize the vans back doors. Also wondering if there would be a bike carrier that I could mount on the spare tire?
