I do have an option for you but we don't carry new old stock or used parts. The only option we could offer you is a new assembly, one you'd likely have to retrofit to make work. I know this is not ideal or probably what you want to do but it sounds like you've already done your homework, the exact replacements are no longer available so the sooner you bite the bullet, the sooner you can get back up and running. The most like replacement option we offer is going to be with the Dual LED Trailer Tail Light part # CE86FR which is what I recommend using. I hate to be the one to tell you but quite frankly, you're wasting your time with the new old stock or used options.
