Could Fan Wiring of MaxxFan Mini Roof Vent Get Switched to Reverse Direction of Fan

I know that a previous answer to this was No, but wondering if you reversed the polarity to the fan motor, could you achieve it that way?

Yes, since the fan of the MaxxAir MaxxFan Mini Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan # MA00-04401M is 12 volt you could reverse the direction of the fan by reversing the polarity of the motor.
