Question:
Hi, I have a 24 triple axle gooseneck trailer that has the 5 spoke Dayton hubs and I am wanting to convert them but I cannot find any info to accurately cross reference the bearings that I have to what the bearings are for either of those hubs. The part numbers for the bearings that are currently in the hubs is 4T-LM67048 for the outer bearing and 4T-25580 for the inner bearing. The part numbers for the 8x6.5 hub is 14125A for the outer bearing and 25580 for the inner bearing. The part numbers for the 6 by 5.5 hubs is 15123 for the outer bearing and 25580 for the inner bearing. Any info you could give me to assist in this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,

Expert Reply:
The 4T-LM67048 outer bearing is commonly referred to as a LM67048 and the 4T-25580 inner bearing is commonly referred to as a 25580. We have some hubs with both of these bearings, I recommend the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly part # 8-201-5UC3 which has a 2.125" grease seal or part # K08-201-97 which has a 2.250" grease seal. These both have a 6 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern and I have attached some wheels/tires with this bolt pattern below as well.
