For the tire sizes of 11R24.5 and 285/70R24.5 you'd need a cover designed for wheel diameters around 44 inches like what the # 290-3976 you referenced fits. The 10.00-20 is right at 42 inches so you'd need a cover like the # 290-3977 and you'd be set.
