Choosing The Correct Slide Topper Awning For a 2022 Jayco Eagle HT 24RE Fifth Wheel 145" Slide Out

We have a 2022 Jayco Eagle HT 24RE. The slide out measures 145 inches side to side. What size topper do we need to order? It is slide topper ready now. We where afraid that the one that has max 145 inches will not cover the slide well.

First it is important to verify the measurement point on your 2022 Jayco Eagle HT 24RE. If your 145" measurement is the widest point and includes the flange on both sides then you will want the Solera RV Slide-Out Awning in White # LCV000163298 or Black # LCV000177334. Both of these have a fabric that is 145" long making it the perfect size for your slide out to cover the roof of the slide and have a few inches past matching the flange width to prevent debris from getting onto the roof of the slide.

The next size up White # LCV000163299 or Black # LCV000165061 is for a slide out with a flange width of 146"-151". If you were to try and use this on a slide out with 145" flange width it would put additional stress on the mounts and increase the chance of them pulling out.
