Will a radrover 6 plus fit on this rack or due to the rear fender and overall wheelbase make it too long?

The best bike rack option and possibly the only one we have for a RadRover 6 Plus Electric Fat Tire Bike is the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes part # HLY84FR. This rack has an 80 lb weight capacity so you can keep the battery on the bike while in transit. It can accommodate bikes with tires up to 5" so the 4" wide tires you have won't be an issue plus there is no extra adapters needed either for this. The wheelbase max is 60" which will be no problem for your 47.8" wheelbase and the frame holder design will ensure the fenders don't get in the way.

The Kuat Piston Pro X is a wheel holder style rack and you can't use these on a bike with fenders.
