Question:

Have a 2021 Sprinter 3500 chassis with tow package. Cannot get LED light kit on bike rack to work with 7 pin to 4 pin adapter. I’ve been told that etrailer can help solve my problem. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

For a 7-way adapter designed for German vehicles towing LED lighted trailer to prevent the bulb out error message we have the part # C57003.

For an adapter that plugs into a 7-way and then provides a 4-way we have the part # C35FR. Since it sounds like your LED kit uses a 4-way the kit you'd want is the # C35FR.
