Is the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver X7284 Identical to Hitch on the Torklift Site

Question:

I am interested in the EcoHitch for 2012 VW Jetta Sportwagen TDI, part number 306-X7284. Does your hitch come with third mounting point on fuel tank hanger? Image on Torklift site shows additional bracket that bolts to fuel tank bracket. Image of same model on your site does not show that additional mounting point. Thank you.

The EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7284 is identical to the X7284 you saw on the TorkLift site. If you look at the picture Torklift is using, you will see underneath that the actual design may vary. They often use stock images, which is why there is a difference in the pictures. Our picture is of the actual hitch.

Also you can see the additional mounting point is not present in the Torklift installation video. Although it is only for a brief moment, they have an additional camera from the side where you can see that extra mounting point is not present.
