I have a 1999 Shorlandr trailer with a Profile 2000 hand winch that needs a new ratchet / pawl . please advise. thank you.

The only repair kit we have for your Profile 2000 hand winch is the Winch Ratchet Repair Kit by Dutton-Lainson item # DL70475. If this isn't what you are needing you will have to replace your winch. I recommend the Dutton-Lainson Hand Winch - TUFFPLATE Finish - Single Speed - 1,800 lbs item # DL14627. With this winch you will be able to reuse your current cable.
If you end up wanting to replace the cable as well then you will need the item # DL24045 which is 50 feet long.
