Question:
I need a spare tire and wheel for my fifth wheel trailer. I need a ST225-75R15 Load Range E on a white or silver Mod wheel with a bolt pattern of 5 on 4-1/2” pattern. I know it’s unusual but that is what I measured on the camper and the existing 14” spare tire. Can you help me?

We definitely have what you're looking for, although you will need to get the tire and wheel separately as the only combo we currently carry with that size tire and load range use a 6-Bolt pattern for the wheels.
For your application I recommend the Provider ST225/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire # TR225LRE and the 15" Taskmaster Steel Modular Trailer Wheel # 560545WM1. The Taskmaster brand has excellent tire and wheel products which is why I recommend going this route.
Please note that your spare tire and wheel need to match the specs of the tires and wheels you're using on your 5th wheel. If this is what they have then great, but I just wanted to double check since you mentioned that 14" spare tire.
Attached are some review videos for you to check out.
