Question:
Which oil coolers will fit on a 2013 Ford Explorer with a 3.5 liter engine?

I did some checking and it looks like the oil filter threads on your 2013 Ford Explorer with a 3.5 liter engine are M22x1.5 mm, so you are going to need an oil cooler that is compatible with this.
I would recommend you get the Derale Stacked-Plate Engine Oil Cooler Kit part # D15602. This kit comes with a compatible oil filter sandwich adapter so that it will work for you. This cooler is a stacked plate cooler, which of all the different styles of coolers this is the most efficient.
Here are a few other ones that are compatible as well:
Derale Plate-Fin Engine Oil Cooler Kit # D15405, this is a Class V cooler that would be also very efficient
Derale Tube-Fin Engine Oil Cooler Kit # D15551, this is a tube-fin cooler that is not quite as efficient as the other style coolers.
The Derale Plate-Fin Engine Oil Cooler Kit # D15451 that you referenced does not have a compatible sandwich adapter so I would not recommend it for you.
