Will this work work front fenders. I have an E ebike with fast tires and front and rear fenders.

I have a great e-bike rack solution for yours that has fenders and fat tires but the Kuat NV 2.0 can't be used with bikes that have fenders since the rack clamps the bikes by the tire and that's where your fender would be.
Instead you'd want the Thule EasyFold XT part # TH903202 which is an e-bike rack that uses a frame clamp design instead, can fit fat tires, and also comes with a ramp setup to make loading and unloading easer. If your tires are wider than 3 inches though you'd need the fat straps # TH985101.
