Question:
I’m trying to locate a seven connector harness for a 2021 Honda Odyssey. Can you help? Might you know when they will be available?

There isn't a plug and play option for a 7-way available, but we have the parts you'd need to complete the installation.
You'll need to begin by installing a 4-pole trailer connector. There are two iterations of a 4-pole harness available for your Odyssey, the one you need will depend on the setup in the fuse panel located on the driver's side bulkhead in the cargo area. Remove the fuse panel cover, and look at fuse locations 10, 11 and 12. If those locations have the metal clips present to accept a fuse, you'd use # 118781. If these fuse locations are NOT pinned to accept a fuse, you'll need to use # 118753. I've linked to install videos for both of these.
If your trailer does not have brakes, then all you'll need is the # 37185 adapter to convert the 4-pole to a 7-way. You'll just plug the adapter into the 4-pole, and ground the white wire from the adapter to the vehicle frame or chassis. Tuck the remaining wires up out of the way, and you'll be good to go.
If the trailer has brakes, you'll need to install a brake controller to actuate them. The easiest to install option would be the Curt Echo Wireless Brake controller, part # C51180. The Echo would communicate wirelessly with your smart phone, allowing you to control the trailer braking from the passenger cabin using your smart phone. The install is pretty simple, you'd need our # ETBC7L install kit, which includes the # 37185 adapter mentioned above. The only wiring you'd need to do is run one circuit from the black wire of the adapter at the rear of the vehicle to the positive battery terminal using the wire, hardware and circuit breaker provided in the kit.
I've linked to product videos for the Curt Echo and the # ETBC7L install kit.
