I highly recommend looking into the Flint Hill Goods 30x50 cargo/Wheelchair Carrier w/ 48" Long Ramp - 2" Hitches # FHG77ZR as this is by far the best option for you. I really like this carrier because it has a 48" long folding ramp and is the lightest that we carry. It is made of steel and weighs 80 pounds, but still has a capacity of 500lbs. The inside dimensions are 48" long x 28" wide x 5" deep. This carrier can also be folded up all the way when not in use, giving you extra room in the garage or parking spot. I included a detailed demonstration video that you can check out.
