Will this bike rack work for rear diesel class A RV along with tow car?

The Swagman # S94FR E-Spec bike rack can indeed be used on the rear of a Class A motorhome while flat towing a vehicle, or if the vehicle you're flat towing already has a Class III or higher hitch on it with a 2 inch receiver, you can install the rack on the vehicle you're towing, as it's also designed for use on a towed vehicle.

The E-Spec can carry 2 bikes weighing up to 70 lbs each with tires up to 3 inches wide. Because it holds the bikes by the top frame tube instead of the wheel by the front forks, it's compatible with bikes that are equipped with fenders as well. It's a very versatile rack that's a favorite with our customers.

If your towed vehicle isn't equipped with a hitch, you'll need a dual hitch adapter from Roadmaster like part
# RM-077-6 for a 6 inch rise.
