I have another option for you, but while the Patriot Hitches Adjustable Drop Hitch Receiver Adapter # PH54FR would allow you to install your current ball mount with provisions for two friction sway control, it has not be tested for this at this time (1/29/2021) so I would not recommend using it in this manner at this time.
For an option that is rated for use with friction sway control, I recommend the Replacement Shank for Gen-Y Adjustable Ball Mount - 2" Hitch - 7-1/2" Drop/Rise - 10K # 325-GH-304 which will give you the 7" rise or drop you are looking for when used on your Ford F-150, and will hold up to anything you throw at it. The # 325-GH-304 has a maximum trailer weight rating of 10000lbs and a maximum tongue weight rating of 1500lbs.
This shank is built like a tank, and can be used to tow your trailer while still allowing you to carry other accessories like a bike rack or cargo carrier in one of the other receivers unused on the hitch as long as you do not exceed the maximum tongue weight rating of your vehicle or shank, whichever is lower.
I included a video of the Gen-Y # 325-GH-304 for you to take a look at.
