I can provide you a list of parts needed to flat tow your Ford Flex, utilizing some parts that you already have.
You will need a Roadmaster # RM-524435-5 EZ-5 Base Plate Kit which is a confirmed fit for your Flex and will work with the Roadmaster # RM-422 Roadmaster Blackhawk 2 All Terrain tow bar which you already have.
You will also want the Roadmaster # RM-152-98146-7 Universal wiring kit for towed vehicles as well as the Roadmaster # RM-88400 Brake-Lite Relay Kit for towed vehicles. Most customers do not try to move these parts to new vehicles.
You already have a Roadmaster # RM-8700 InvisiBrake Sup. Braking System, so the last must-have must have items are Roadmaster # RM-645 Straight safety cables unless you are bringing these from your last insatallation.
You might want to additionaly consider the Roadmaster # RM-4750 "Tow Defender" protective screening.
I have attached links to all of these products and videos where available.
