I have done some research, and have found that the tow capacity of your 2005 Chrysler Town & Country is 3700 lbs. You will want to check in your owners manual to confirm the towing capacity.
Also, it is important to remember that your towing capacity is limited by the lowest rated component in the towing system, including: vehicle, hitch, ball mount, hitch ball or the capacity of your trailer.
For a hitch (if you don't already have one), I'd recommend the Draw-Tite Class III trailer hitch receiver, part # 75119 if your Town & Country does not have the stow and go seats. If it does, use the # 75305.
