Difference between the Thule 9032 and the EasyFold XT 2 E-Bike Platform Rack part # TH903202
Question:
I have two e bikes with 22 inch Tires. I am confused about the difference between the two racks. It appears that you would have to attach the ramp either rack, is that true? Doesnt the rack have to be folded and put back into the middle of either rack as well? So what is the real difference between the two racks. Also, is this the best rack to avoid lifting our bikes, or is there another brand? Thanks.

The Thule EasyFold XT 2 E-Bike Platform Rack part # TH903202 is a replacement for the TH9032 so your confusion here is warranted. They updated a few of the material finishes but feels and overall it operates the same. It is a great bike rack that is really easy to use. Watch the video I did on it below to see all the cool features. Yes the ramp needs to be folded back up and fits in the rack base for transport.
For the easiest time loading you want the Extra-Long Loading Ramp for Thule EasyFold XT part # TH933402 this ramp is 53" long as compared to the 36" ramp that comes with the EasyFold. There is a downfall to this though and that is it doesn't fit into the ramp holder so you have to tuck it in the vehicle. I know that's a bummer but it makes a pretty big difference when its time to load up. I linked a video for this as well my buddy Adam did on the differences to the standard ramp.
This is the one I would pick for my heavier E bikes for sure!!
