Yes, The EcoHitch part # 306-X7235 on 2013 Honda Civic EX Coupe and Thule T2 Pro XTR 2 Bike Platform Rack part # TH83JV are both great choices. The EcoHitch will fit the Civic Coupe and give you a 2" hitch receiver option compared to the only other options for the Civic that are 1-1/4". The Thule T2 2" Classic 2 Bike Platform Rack is a wheel mount bike rack so it will not touch the carbon fiber frame of your Specialized StumpJumper ST compared to other racks that hold the bikes by their frame that can cause rubbing or damage to delicate bike frames over time.

The wheel cradles will fit the 29" wheel on your bike and it has a 60 lb per bike capacity. You can also get the # TH 69TX that is the same, but can be set up to carry 2 or 4 bikes as needed with a total weight capacity of 160 lbs.
