I do have the Replacement Pull Pin Kit for Fulton F2 Swing-Up Jacks part # F500136 which takes care of # 18. I reached out to Fulton about the other two components and unfortunately they are not available as replacement parts.

We do carry a complete replacement as the Fulton F2 Swing-Up, Wide-Track Trailer Jack, 8" Single Wheel, Sidewind, Bolt-On - 1,600 lbs # F1413040134.
