The 15" term is in reference to the size wheel that the Provider ST225/75R15 Radial Tire is mounted to. This particular part # A225R6FPS is a tire and wheel combo. The wheel has a 6 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern which is important to know so that your hub will fit. I have attached a helpful article regarding measuring for bolt pattern if you are not sure of your bolt pattern.
The LRD is in reference to the Load Range which is a load range D in this case. The different load ranges have different weight capacities. For example A225R6FPS has a maximum load capacity of 2,540 lbs at 65 PSI. When you are replacing tires, you do want to make sure you replace the tires with the same capacity or higher than your existing tires.
