The trailer hitch I recommend for your 2019 Subaru WRX is the EcoHitch part # 306-X7257 as it has a 2 inch opening and the best towing capacities. What's also really great is that it installs behind the bumper access panel which gives you a hidden look when not needed plus better ground clearances compared to other hitches that hang below the rear bumper. I attached an install video for this for you to check out as well.
Then for trailer wiring the best kit is the Curt part # C56259 as it installs very easily and comes with the most reliable converter box. It also has a higher amperage rating than the other options which helps it be more resistant to internal problems to trailer wiring shorts.
