Question:
Hello and thank you for taking your time. I have a 7 way factory pin on my CDL truck 2018 freightliner. All of my trailers are a 7 way flatblad. The 7 way round pin is turn signal left and right separate from brakes And it also has the Brown the blue the black and the red. So if I plug in my 7 way in to the 7 way pin extension with the other side being a 7 way flat will It convert my stop tell turn into one instead of a separate bright light or do I still need to add parts in between Again thank you for your time.

Our 7-way round to 7-way blade adapters do not have a signal converter built into them so you'd have to use a converter box like the # RM-732 to get the signal combined like your trailers need. Now what I would recommend is install a 7-way blade on your Freightliner with the harness part # PK11998 and the socket part # PK11893 ran to your current wiring but installing the # RM-732 between the new and old 7-way.
