We have a 2004 dual cab hemi 5.7 dodge ram 4x4 and bought a 2015 keystone cougar 28 footer will it be safe to pull

I did not see what chassis you have but it seems like you may have a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 and if that is the case then the most well equipped version of this vehicle can tow up to 4,950 lbs. However, I recommend you contact your dealer to determine your exact towing capacity or you can take the gross combined weight rating (GCWR) and subtract from this the gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) to give you a general idea.
I also did not see what flooplan you have but it sounds like it might be a 5th wheel therefore you would need to upgrade to a new tow vehicle.
