What color wire can I use with green wire to splice the trailer wiring harness to the adapter wire to my truck.

I am not exactly sure what you are asking but when installing the Pollak Black Plastic, 7-Pole, RV-Style Trailer Connector part # PK12706 on your trailer you will need to test the wires for function rather than color match. I know it will be easier to just match colors but this is not the correct method as trailer manufacturers can use whichever color wire they have on hand and there is no telling if the wires were replaced at one point in time. Therefore, I recommend that you apply a 12 volt signal to each wire to see which light it illuminates. Once you find out which wires are for which circuit you can then install the wires into the correct terminals on the back of the trailer connector.
I will say that the green wire is generally for the right stop/turn circuit but you will need to test this to be certain.
