What is your suggestion for a jack to keep handy in the event of a boat trailer tire issue on a single axle trailer while traveling?

The Powerbuilt Unijack Bottle Jack part # ALL620471 that you referenced is a great choice because it has more than enough capacity at 6,000 lbs and since it has a built in jack-stand it's safe to use without separate jack stands which allows you to save space by not having to also have jack stands.
