I have a 2016 Jeep grand Cherokee. I want to install an aftermarket hitch, but the factory bolts are missing. What size bolt will I need?

If you want to install the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # C13182 on your 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee, you will use M14 bolts that are grade 5 as well as compatible flat washers. That is the replacement for what is missing from your vehicle. If you want stronger bolts you can use grade 8 as some like to do but almost all hitch hardware is grade 5. The factory bolts use a 21mm socket. The length of the bolt is not mentioned so you will need to use your best judgment.
