We r picking up a 2015 jayco jayflight 19RD AND I was wondering what size ball I would use on the hitch ? Thank you

I was able to look up a manual online for your 2015 Jayco Jay Flight 19RD and it said (on page 3-7) that depending on your model your coupler will either need a 2" or a 2-5/16" hitch ball.
I recommend using a multi hitch ball like the straight # C42KR or the adjustable # BWTS10049B. Both of these include a 1-7/8", 2", and a 2-5/16" hitch ball which will come in handy for various towing applications. You also need a hitch pin & clip # PC3 or a locking hitch pin like part # 63232 to secure your investment.
Ball mount and hitch balls have their own weight ratings so you would need to check those to make sure they are rated high enough for your trailer's weight. The # C42KR has a 10,000 rating for the 2" ball and a 14,000 lb rating for the 2-5/16" ball. The # BWTS10049B has a 7,500 lb rating for the 2" ball while the 2-5/16" ball has a 10,000 lb rating.
