I did some checking and the recommended fairing for your 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee with MOPAR roof rack is # TH22WV. This is the 52 inch long model. I have linked a video review for you.

I currently don't get wind noise with just my Hodenn roof rack, but I get a lot with my ladders mounted on the roof rack. Will the Thule wind deflector help even with those ladders up there?
