Simple question How do you hook up to this hitch see photos

Your picture is of a coupler that is also a brake actuator for hydaulic brakes. Very much like part # DM72VR although not exactly.
Connecting the trailer to your tow vehicle is just the same as any other it's just harder to see. Under the coupler there is an opening for a hitch ball and the latch on top secures it in place.
