Best RV Approved Bike Rack for Electric Bikes
Question:
We have a 2013 Ford Edge which we use to tow our tear camping trailer which weighs about 800 pounds We would like to bring our bikes with us. My husband has a standard bike but I have an electric bike which is is step through There is a hitch receiver on the back of the trailer. .

Since you have an electric bike with a step-through frame, I recommend using the Lets Go Aero V-Lectric FAT PRO Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount # LGA77FR. It is approved to use on a trailer and can carry bikes up to 75 pounds each. This rack holds the bikes by their wheels, so your step through will not be a problem. This unique rack will also work well even if your bike has fenders and it comes with locks for the rack and the bikes.
