To flat tow your 2017 GMC Yukon Denali, you will need a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, a lighting solution, and a supplemental braking system. Before proceeding, I do recommend taking a look at the owner's manual for your vehicle for any restrictions or guidelines pertaining to flat towing or "Recreational Towing". I did take a look at the online version of your Yukon's manual and saw that as long as you do not have the 2WD model, you can flat tow the vehicle with all 4 wheels on the ground without issue.
Starting with the base plate kit, I recommend the Roadmaster EZ4 # RM-523179-4. This kit is custom-fit for your Yukon Denali and it features a nice, hidden bracket design that will provide improved aesthetics compared with standard brackets.
For a compatible tow bar, I really like the Roadmaster BlackHawk 2 All Terrain # RM-422. This is an excellent tow bar with a non-binding design to allow for easy release of your Yukon at any time. The extra-long telescoping arms allow for better maneuverability and easier towing. It features a weight capacity of 10,000 pounds. For the required safety cables you can use the Roadmaster 68 Inch # RM-643.
Then for tow bar wiring/lighting solution, I recommend the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Kit # RM-15267. This diode kit will let you wire your Yukon to accept the RV's tail, brake, and turn signal lights for flat towing. It includes a 6-Way that you will mount to the front of the vehicle and enough coiled wiring to go from there to the 7-Way on your RV. You will just want to add the Quick Battery Disconnect # RM-766 to allow for easy disconnect of your battery, which is required when flat towing your 2017 Yukon Denali.
For a supplemental braking system, I highly recommend the Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR. This is a great, proportional system that will physically press down on the brake pedal in the Yukon at the same time and with the same intensity that you apply to it in your RV.
Finally, you will also likely need a high-low adapter in order to keep the tow bar level.
