Great question! The Camco RV RAin Gutter Spouts with Extensions, # CAM42452 install easily on RV's with or without existing gutter spouts. According to the instructions, you will peel back the vinyl trim, remove the end screw for the gutter rail, slip the extension behind the rail and put the screw back in. I've attached a photo of the instructions that are included with the gutter spouts so that you can get the details.
Tools required may include a drill and drill bit, silicone caulk sealant like # 0160299, a Philips screwdriver and screws and also a utility knife. These spouts are a very inexpensive modification that make a huge difference on the appearance of your RV. They really do help to reduce the dirt and black streaks that can occur when rain drains down the side of your trailer.
