How to install complete electric brake set up

In order to recommend the correct parts for your trailer when installing electric brakes, I would need to know your trailer's axle capacity. You can do this by finding one of three following things. The first thing you can do is locate the information tag on the center of the axle. If this is not found, you can disassemble the axle hubs and locate the part numbers on the inner diameter of both the inner and outer bearings. The last option you have is to call the manufacturer with your VIN.
In order to install electric brakes on a trailer without a current braking system, you will need a brake mounting flange, brake assembly, hub and drum, trailer wiring, breakaway kit, and a brake controller.
