I am looking for a 2x2 ball mount, with 0 rise, in black.

In order to get a ball mount that has effectively 0 inches of rise or drop you would need to get a Trailer Hitch Ball Mount, part # D-4, like the one you referenced that has a 2 inch drop, and then use a 2 Inch High Rise Ball, part # C40034.
