Im considering buying a 26inch Diamondback Vital 2 Ladies . Id like to know if it will fit on your Saris Freedom 2 bike platform rack Mod. # SA4412B. Thanks,

I was unable to find a lot of details about the Vital 2 other than the rims are 27-inches diameter. It is a lightweight aluminum bike and I read where the weight is around 30-lbs.
The Saris Freedom 2 Bike Platform Rack, part # SA4412B will work with 1-1/4 and 2-inch trailer hitch receivers. The maximum tire width the Freedom can handle is 3-inches and the maximum wheelbase of a bike that will work with the # SA4412B is 48-inches. This bike carrier only weighs 22-1/2 lbs and it has a shank rise of 8-inches for more ground clearance.
If you find the tires on your Vital 2 are too wide you may be interested in the Saris Freedom 2 Bike Platform Rack for Fat Bikes, part # SA4412B-FB. This carrier can work with tires up to 5-inches wide.
