How is the DL24239 attached to a Fulton FT6000301 winch drum?

If you check out the review video I attached for the # DL24239 you will see exactly how it installs on a winch.
Basically you run the bolt through the hole on the drum of the winch, through the strap loop, and then through the other side of the drum where you use the nut to secure it.
