Can I mount a winch plate with winch to pull things onto a trailer that is connected to the hitch?

Yes, you can mount a winch to a trailer to allow it to pull things up onto the trailer.

You could purchase a Hitch Receiver tube and have it welded to the trailer frame like part # E-9. With a piece like this welded to the frame, you could use the Winch Plate # BDW20011 mount to attach your winch.

Then you could use the winch part # 1120210 to pull things up onto your trailer.
