It would be great if trailer makers kept detailed records of all of the component parts used in their products, but this is rarely the case. No worries, though. You just need to match up a few features. Once you match those features it is easy to select the correct replacement idler hubs.
First, you need to confirm the axle's capacity, usually noted on a plate or sticker on the axle itself. Next you'll need to confirm the bearing set used in your existing hubs; new hubs must use the same bearings to ensure they'll fit on your spindles. Last, you'll want to confirm the bolt pattern of your current hubs and wheels. The linked article will make this easy.
With that info you can use the linked page that shows our idler hubs. Just click on your bolt pattern, inner and outer bearing part numbers, axle capacity, etc.
For a 5-on-4-1/2 pattern, 2200-lb-rated galvanized hub using bearing L44649 for 13-to-15-inch wheels use part # 8-258-50UC1-EZ.
