I compared how the Curt 5th wheel installation kit, # C16418-204, and the AirLift kit, # AL88275, install and they will both fit at the same time on your 2004 Chevy Silverado 2500HD. There will not be interference. I have included a link to a video showing installation of the air bags for you.
